Freebie Friday: Speedy Gonzales Crochet Pattern

Happy Freebie Friday Sunday!

Another week and another pattern. Only one more pattern to go before the end of the series. These little guys have been fun to make – they’re quick and easy. I hope that you also find them easy enough too.

The issue that I have with this pattern is again the hat. Like with Yosemite Sam’s hat the shape just was not right. I have tweaked the hat a little since making the speedy pictured below and I am a lot happier with it. I think it maybe just needs a bit more elongation in the front of the hat. However, I am happy with the outcome and that is just a finer detail which I hope to perfect at a later date.

Just keep scrolling for the pattern below 🙂

As I stated in an earlier post, instead of every Friday, I will be releasing patterns sets every 2 months. So, after next weeks Foghorn pattern there will not be another Freebie Friday release until the first week of July. I know that it seems like a long wait but it will be worth it. If you didn’t get a chance to read my previous post with all the relevant info it is going to be Super Mario Bros. themed. There are a whopping 32 characters that I want to do – yes 32! I just couldn’t narrow it down because at the end of the day my shelves really NEED the whole Mario gang, the baddies and all. There will be four sets and each will have 8 character patterns.

In the mean time, over the next 2 months you can check out my Instagram page to see the WIP and finished pictures of my Mario characters before their pattern releases.

Thank you for stopping by and happy crocheting!
