Buzzy Beetle, Spiny and Spike Top Crochet Pattern

It is another 3 in one pattern just like with Toad, Toadette and Toadsworth. Using this pattern with different colour combos and a few additions you will be able to make Buzzy Beetle, Spiny and Spike Top. The approximate measurements using DK yarn and 3mm hook are:
  • Buzzy Beetle: 6.75 inches height, 3.5 inches width and 3.75 inches length/depth.
  • Spiny: 6.75 inches height, 3.5 inches width and 3.75 inches length/depth.
  • Spike Top: 6.75 inches height, 4.5 inches width and 4.25 inches length/depth.
I won’t ramble on today but instead, keep it short and simple. I have some catching up to do because I did not get much done over the Christmas holiday. Materials
  •  DK yarn
Buzzy Beetle: beige, navy blue, white and yellow Spiny: red, beige, white and yellow Spike Top:  red, beige, white, yellow and orange
  • 3mm crochet hook
  • Yarn needle
  • Fire retardant Fibrefill
  • White felt
  • Black felt
  • Red felt
  • Felt glue
  • Scissors
  • Pins (optional)
  • Stitch marker (optional)
Abbreviations
  • MR# – magic ring with the specified number of single crochets
  • SC – single crochet (double crochet English)
  • HDC – half double crochet (half treble crochet English)
  • INC – single crochet increase
  • DEC – invisible decrease
  • BLO – back loop only
  • FLO – row is front loop only
  • *_______* X# – repeat sequence within the asterisks the specified number of times e.g. *SC, INC* x6)
  • CH – chain stitches
  • CH1T – chain 1 stitch then turn your work
  • ST/STS – stitch/stitches
  • FO – fasten off
