Happy Friday!!!
You may be wondering why I have put all three characters into one post. It is because I used the same pattern to make all three characters. I know right! three in one. I just changed the yarn colour combinations, put different clothes on them, then added glasses for Toadsworth and pigtails for Toadette.
The mushroom head took a bit of trial and error because I can be a stickler for details. Toad didn’t have his signature look without the mushroom overhang. Thankfully, I managed to get there in the end and I am very happy with the outcome. Toads neck is also very slim (only 6 stitches) so I used some craft wire to help hold the head up.
In this post, I have included a downloadable PDF template for the clothes. The sizing is based on you using DK yarn with a 3mm hook. If you decide to scale the pattern up or down using varying yarn weights and/or hooks you will need to do the same to the template.
The approximate measurements using DK yarn and 3mm hook are 5.5 inches height, 3.5 inches width (head span) and 3.5 inches length/depth.

I wanted to say that I just love your creations. Thank you so much for sharing some with us. I want to try the Marvin the Martian,. Your idea is great. As soon as I can donate I will. I am so sorry that I can’t. I too want to do this one day and I truly love your projects they are beautiful.
Thank you so much. I hope to see your Marvin when he is finished. It is such a journey and we are in a day and age where most people want things for free which is why I ended up locking some of my content. It was beginning to feel like a chore. But now I am loving what I do again, especially for those who show their appreciation. I do hope you get to do it one day too. Happy crocheting! X
Hello! I’m making this pattern, but all the pictures except the first one are not showing up, I think the links are broken. Can you maybe re-upload them?
Thank you for letting me know. I’m not sure why this keeps happening after a while. In the meantime you can use the Patreon link. The pictures seem to be more stable on that webpage.
