Happy Freebie Friday!
Today is the last day of school and I have been quite literally floating around as if I am on a cloud!! The countdown is officially over and my body is quickly shutting down into holiday mode. Lay ins and no school runs! The next 6 weeks are going to fly by I’m sure, but I intend to enjoy it and try to make the most of the time I have and get stuff done.
I have a lot of crochet ideas that need sketching, patterns that need typing and PDFs that need finishing. Not to mention some patterns that need testing to ensure I’ve written them down correctly! Let’s not even mention the work that I have to do around the house and getting my son ready for secondary school in September!!! How has the time flown by so quickly? I have an 11-year-old!
I will be writing lots of lists because I seem to be more productive when I have a list that I can check off and work my way through. I am hoping to have a lot of content for you all by the time summer is up!
So, to the main purpose of this post which is the release of my Bob-omb crochet pattern. This is another simple pattern that doesn’t take long to complete. The most complicated part is probably the key at the back but all-in-all it’s pretty straight forward. I don’t know how but I have misplaced the step by step pictures so haven’t been able to put them into this post. I do plan to redo Bob-omb over the weekend though and I will update the blog when I do.

Use the pictures of completed Bob-omb to assemble your amigurumi. Attach the feet to the bottom and the key at the back. To finish off cut white ovals out of the white felt and glue on using felt glue. I hope that you find this pattern easy to follow and as enjoyable as I found it to make. Also, I am always open to hearing any ideas that you may have for future projects you would like me to do for you – character-based or not.
Don’t hesitate to send me any pictures of your completed projects because I would love to see them.
Next weeks Freebie Friday Pattern will be…Goomba. So until next week happy crocheting!

Hi! In round 3 of the foot pattern there is an error. It says
“*3SC, INC, 3IN1* X2 (18)”
The instructions only give 16 stitches not 18 as it says we should end with. Leaving two empty stitches from the previous round. Pattern should say:
*3SC, INC, 3IN1* X2 [2SC] (18)
Correction is in brackets. Thanks for the free pattern it’s super sweet of you to share, just thought I would reach out since my sis in law asked for help with this part. I dont want any other new crocheters like her to get confused.
Thank you!
Thank you so much for the feedback. I will correct that now.
Hello!
Current Patreon and love your work! Wanted to check for the Key what number the Magic Ring should be as it just lists MR with no number beside (i.e. MR?). Could use your help!
Really appreciate your support and keep up the great work!
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you so much for your support ❤️
In the key there is no number because the number may differ, so in the pattern you will see a number next to the MR that indicates how many stitches go into the magic ring. I hope that makes sense.
Happy crocheting!
