Happy Freebie Friday my fellow crochet fanatics!
Today’s pattern release is Porky Pig. I absolutely adored Porky as a child. One of my earliest memories of him is when I went to a function at my mum’s workplace and her boss gave me a Porky Pig teddy. The tail would uncurl when you pulled it and curl back if you wrapped your finger around it. In fact, can you believe that I still have the teddy now! It is over 25 years old now and although he has seen better days he is still in pretty good shape.
Porky Pig is the first character pattern that I made out if this Looney Tunes set. With the first version that I made the jacket was blue felt but with this updated version it is crocheted. I do, however, feel like I should also do his hat…what do you think? Maybe I will include it in a post update at a later point in time. Check below for all the instructions that you need to crochet your very own porky pig.
